Operations Director
Paul joined Coastway Surveys earlier this year and is our newly appointed Operations Director. He is responsible for ensuring Coastway Surveys adopts best practice in all areas of its work and complies with all relevant authorities and requirements.
Paul is responsible for ensuring that financial and other agreed targets are met, that projects are delivered on time, within budget and that clients are satisfied. He is also responsible for arranging staff training and for reviewing equipment needs. Paul comes from a diverse surveying, engineering, mining and business background. He is a native of Western Australia and has worked extensively in international environments.

Geo Surveying DIT
With over 20 years experience in the surveying industry Liam has worked on many large projects using laser scanning, aerial surveying, and sub surface scanning both in Europe and the Middle East.
His current role involves tendering, project management, the supervision of field crews and he has also acted as an expert witness for litigation, Liam is a qualified drone pilot licenced by the CAA & IAA.

For over 20 years Jeff has been involved in the geo-spatial industry working in both the GIS and surveying sectors. Jeff has experience on a wide variety of projects ranging from topographical, building and mobile mapping surveys in Europe, the Middle East and the USA. His current role involves tendering and bid management, the monitoring and implementation of emerging technologies and innovation.

Managing Director
MIATI, CPA, BA (Hons) Law, LLM
Marion is member of the Institute of Accounting Technicians (Ireland) and a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience working in the civil engineering sector. She also holds a First Class Honours in Law and a Masters in European Law from Trinity College Dublin.
As Managing Director of Coastway Surveys Ltd her role is to control and oversee all business operations, people and ventures of the company. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s business strategies and oversees the company’s financial performance and other business ventures.

As the founding member of Coastway Surveys Enda held the position of Managing Director since 1999. During his 30 years working in the civil engineering sector he was involved in many high profile projects such as the Jubilee Line Extension in London, Docklands Light Rail in SE London, Dublin Port Tunnel, LUAS, Corrib Gas Terminal and FP7 Research Projects.
In his current role as Business Development Director, Enda manages all client relationships and works closely with clients to ensure that Coastway Surveys remain their preferred supplier through our ethos of technical excellence and quality assurance.
