Coastway Surveys was commissioned by Gardiner & Theobald to carry out a laser scan of an unfinished building that later became the new Central Bank of Ireland Headquarters. The structure lay unfinished for several years until purchased by Central Bank.

The laser scan generated point cloud data and the resultant 3D model was used by Aecom, Architectural Aluminium, Henry J Lyons Architects and the contractor Walls Construction for a Design & Build project that resulted in the iconic A2 rated office block.
